Monsoon Gut-Comfort Buttermilk & Ginger Cooler
“A digestive-friendly, cooling drink combining diluted buttermilk (chaas) with a pinch of dry ginger to soothe your dog's stomach during humid monsoon days.”

- 1/2 cup fresh plain Curd (yogurt)
- 1.5 cups clean drinking Water
- 1/8 tsp dry Ginger powder (sonth)
- 3-4 fresh Mint leaves (crushed)

In a jar or blender, combine the curd and water. Whisk/blend thoroughly to create thin buttermilk.
Add the tiny pinch of dry ginger powder. Ginger powder helps reduce gas and settles a rumbly stomach.
Gently tear and crush the mint leaves, stirring them into the buttermilk for a fresh aroma.
Pour a small amount over their meal or serve in a shallow bowl as a midday refresher.
Storage
Serve fresh or store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Serving Amount
1/2 cup to 1 cup for large dogs, served cool (not ice-cold).
