Chamomile & Mint Calming Monsoon Broth
“A relaxing herbal bone broth infusion to help soothe thunderstorm anxiety and promote peaceful sleep during rainy nights.”
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooled, unsalted Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 bag 100% pure organic Chamomile tea (caffeine-free)
- 3-4 fresh Mint leaves (gently bruised)
- 1/2 tsp pure raw Honey (optional)

Shiro's Method
Heat 1/2 cup of water to a simmer, steep the chamomile tea bag for 5 minutes, then remove the bag.
Mix the brewed chamomile infusion with the 2 cups of chicken bone broth.
Add bruised fresh mint leaves and honey, whisking thoroughly.
Serve warm in a shallow bowl 45 minutes before expected evening thunderstorms.
Can also be poured into ice cube trays and frozen for a calming afternoon lick treat.
Storage
Refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Serving Amount
1/2 cup served warm before stormy weather.
