Frozen Turmeric Cooling Paws
“The perfect post-walk treat for hot Mumbai afternoons to help with inflammation.”
Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain Curd (Yogurt)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- A pinch of Black Pepper (to activate turmeric)
- Small bits of Apple
Shiro's Method
Whisk the curd with turmeric and pepper until smooth.
Place a few apple bits in each slot of a silicone paw mold.
Pour the mixture over the apples.
Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serve one paw on a hot afternoon.
