Monsoon Immunity Turmeric Broth

A warm, comforting broth to boost Shiro's immunity and keep joints healthy during the damp rainy season.

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken Bones (or beef bones)
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • A tiny pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (to extract minerals)

Let it cool completely and store in glass jars or freeze in ice cube trays.
