Cool Mango & Mint Lick Mat
“A delicious, cooling lick-mat recipe combining sweet seasonal mangoes with fresh curd and mint to soothe your pup in the June heat.”
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ripe Mango pulp (sweet, seedless, skinless)
- 1/2 cup fresh plain Curd (yogurt)
- 3-4 fresh Mint leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Honey (raw, optional)

Ensure the mango is fully ripe. Peel and extract the pulp, making sure there is no seed or skin.
Whisk the mango pulp with plain curd until smooth.
Stir in the finely chopped mint leaves. Mint is fantastic for cooling and breath freshening.
Spread the mixture evenly on a textured lick mat.
Freeze for 15-20 minutes before serving to prolong the licking session.
Storage
Best served fresh. Can be kept frozen for up to 3 days.
